We’re looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of paid traffic acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex products, knows how to scale traffic, thinks in numbers, and has a strong creative instinct with an understanding of sports audiences.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a UA strategy for global game growth. Plan, manage, and allocate advertising budgets. Research ad network algorithms and design scalable approaches to campaign management.
Media Buying & Optimization: Run and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, DSPs, and incentive traffic. Build and maintain processes for campaign monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
Analytics & Experimentation: Generate hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and analyze results to drive growth decisions.
Creatives: Build and own the creative testing and soft-launch process.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer, Game Designers, and Analysts. Influence product growth through UA insights and test results. Propose in-game events and mechanics that can enhance marketing performance.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in mobile UA / performance marketing in mobile games;
Hands-on experience with major UA channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ironSource, AppLovin, and others;
Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and achieving target KPIs;
Deep understanding of mobile metrics: CPI, CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU/ARPPU;
Strong working knowledge of analytics and attribution tools: AppsFlyer/Adjust, Firebase, Tableau/Looker, Excel/Google Sheets.
Advantageous:
Experience launching games (soft launch / global launch);
Technical background: SQL, Python, R, Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Qlik);
Knowledge of mathematical statistics;
Understanding of football audiences and the global sports mobile games market;
Experience working with creatives and briefing production teams.
