We are looking for a UI Technical Lead to design, implement and maintain the code of the UFL User Interface.

As the Lead UI Engineer at Strikerz Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring that our UI system is both robust and scalable, enabling fast iterations and short release cycles. You will have the support of the team to help you achieve goals, and to create high-quality interfaces that enhances the gaming experience of our future players. Using C++, UMG, and Unreal Engine, you will be instrumental in making the Strikerz Inc. game fun and accessible to all players.

Your tasks will include taking prototype design ideas and refining them to create fluent, easy-to-use UI features, effects, and tools. You will be working in close collaboration with artists, designers, and other engineers throughout this process.

Skills and requirements:

• A team-player mindset and strong leadership skills;

• Technical UI leadership experience for at least one successfully launched gaming project (Senior or Lead role);

• Hands-on UI implementation experience;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present your ideas to a large group of discipline experts and other leads on the project;

• Expert knowledge of C++;

• Multi-platform and console development experience;

• Localization pipelines knowledge;

• Passion for game development.
