We are looking for an experienced Tech Manager to strengthen our Tech Support Team. Our team ensures the reliability of game infrastructure by developing and maintaining alerting systems and infrastructure visibility tools
and also helps prepare for releases.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of incidents
Assistance in finding and processing performers
Organizing product version releases
Post-Releasement Support (Incident Recording and Remediation Control, Acceptance)
Support and development of operating processes
Development of the team of Tech. support
Control of the DevOps team
Task planning assistance
People-management
Skills and requirements:
Project manager/IT-manager/Incident manager from 3 years
Basic knowledge of client applications, infrastructure and databases
Support experience
Release process understanding
Experience in coordinating and planning tasks of several groups
Experience with Backend/DevOps/ etc.
Desirable:
Experience as a developer/tester/devops will be a plus
Experience with cloud solutions
