We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our internal tools and production pipelines. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, improving developer experience, and ensuring scalability and efficiency of internal systems that support product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Roadmap Development
  Define and drive the roadmap for internal tools and production pipelines, aligning technical initiatives with business and product goals.

• Backlog Management
  Own and prioritize the backlog for technical teams, balancing delivery of new product features with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements.

• Technology Evaluation
  Assess build vs. buy decisions, comparing in-house development with third-party solutions (SDKs, BaaS, etc.), ensuring optimal cost, scalability, and performance.

• Process Optimization
  Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in how production teams interact with internal tools, and drive improvements to workflows and developer experience.

• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

• Risk Management
  Proactively identify risks in architecture and pipelines, and develop mitigation strategies and fallback plans.

Skills and requirements:

• System Analysis
  Ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications (Tech PRDs, architecture diagrams).

• Data-Driven Mindset
  Strong understanding of technical metrics (Latency, Crash Rate, RPS, Server Response Time) and their impact on product metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV).

• Backlog Prioritization
  Hands-on experience with prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) and ability to balance technical debt, refactoring, and feature development.

• Agile Methodologies
  Practical experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in complex technical environments.

• Communication Skills (“Translator” mindset)
  Ability to effectively communicate with both business stakeholders (producers, marketing) and technical teams (Tech Leads, DevOps, QA), eliminating misalignment.

• Stakeholder Management
  Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to say “no,” defend technical priorities, and manage expectations.

• Risk Awareness
  Experience in identifying technical and process risks and implementing proactive solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products

• Background in game development or high-load systems

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
