What you will do:

• Animation quality control and testing — reviewing all animations delivered by the animation department to ensure they meet internal standards and project requirements. This includes audits, in-engine tests, assessing visual quality, verifying gameplay coverage, and determining whether improvements are needed.

• Analyzing existing project animations to identify technical or visual issues and preparing tasks for fixes.

• Making minor adjustments independently (e.g., during export or validation) using a 3D package.

• Learning and integrating the Motion Matching system, working with internal animation tools.

• Collaborating with game designers and other team members to solve complex animation challenges and improve the Motion Matching system.

Skills and requirements: 

• Attention to detail, perseverance, responsibility, and willingness to learn on the job.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, stress tolerance, and the ability to quickly switch between tasks.

• Readiness to work with routine processes.

• Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE).

• Understanding of the fundamentals of character animation.

• Experience with MotionBuilder or any other 3D package will be a significant plus.
