Responsibilities:

• Drive Project Execution:
  Lead development processes, ensuring timely task completion, efficient workload management, and alignment with project goals;

• Manage Dynamic Workflows:
  Work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and high development velocity, adapting plans on the fly and ensuring smooth team operations;

• Optimize Agile-Based Processes:
  Establish and refine project management processes based on Agile principles, implementing and adapting Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies to fit the game development cycle;

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams:
  Collaborate with producers, game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams, ensuring seamless synchronization between departments;

• People Management & Team Leadership:
  Build effective teams, foster professional growth, drive motivation and engagement, and help remove obstacles that impact productivity;

• Identify and Mitigate Risks:
  Anticipate potential bottlenecks, proactively resolve issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines and product quality;

• Monitor and Report Progress:
  Track key project metrics, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, and provide real-time analytics on project status.

Skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the gaming industry;

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their adaptation for Game Development;

• Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-release support;

• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-dynamism environments with shifting priorities;

• Expertise in workload, timeline, and budget management;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• High level of organization and attention to detail;

• Advanced time management and prioritization skills;

• People management skills, including coaching, mentorship, and team development.

Advantageous:

• Experience in AAA or F2P mobile game development;

• Deep understanding of LiveOps and post-release support strategies;

• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for project performance analysis;

• Familiarity with SQL and database querying to track key metrics;

• Experience managing workloads in cross-functional teams;

• Strong expertise in Kanban methodology, with certifications such as KMP1, KMP2, or other recognized Kanban certifications;

• Passion for video games and knowledge of current industry trends.
