Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and development of gameplay mechanics and systems, producing clear, actionable documentation;

• Drive collaboration with Business, Design, Development, and QA as in a feature team;

• Implement, iterate, and fine-tune mechanics in Unreal Engine using Blueprints;

• Use live data and player feedback to improve and evolve systems;

• Mentor and support designers, providing guidance, reviews, and feedback.

Skills and requirements:

• Proven experience designing and delivering core gameplay systems;

• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities in design and planning;

• Strong analytical and organizational skills;

• Experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints.

Nice to have:

• Experience in action, arcade, simulation, or MMO games for console/PC;

• Knowledge of animation, character systems, and game physics;

• Hands-on prototyping experience;

• Background in live-service game design;

• Passion for football or other team sports
