We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our R&D Engine team .

  • 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • FULL TIME

  • PAPHOS / TBILISI / REMOTE

What you will do:

  • Drive the transition of our projects to the latest Unreal Engine versions, exploring new features and ensuring smooth integration;

  • Build and refine custom editor tools to streamline the workflow of designers and artists;

  • Dive deep into performance bottlenecks, analyze CPU behavior, memory usage, and streaming, and deliver optimizations that keep gameplay smooth;

  • Continuously improve code quality and project structure, supporting stability and long-term scalability.

    Skills and requirements: 

  • More than 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer;

  • An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills;

  • A team-player mindset and positive attitude;

  • Strong C++ knowledge;

  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine 4/5, including its C++ API;

  • Solid understanding of game architecture, data structures, algorithms, memory management;

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques;

  • Practical experience with game engines; (working with the engine itself, patches or writing a custom engine);

  • Console development expertise;

  • Game Release Experience.
