What you will do:

  Skills and requirements: 

• Expert modern C++ in production;

• Proficiency with profiling/debugging tools;

• Strong algorithmic mindset and performance focus;

• Advanced 3D math applied to animation and movement systems;

• Solid kinematics/dynamics understanding used in character motion;

• Proven experience designing and implementing modern real-time animation systems;

• Ability to read scientific papers and translate theory into robust, maintainable code;

• Collaborative, proactive problem‑solver comfortable working with animators and engineers.

Nice-to-Have:

• Modern locomotion techniques: motion matching, pose/motion warping, distance matching, advanced IK, predictive foot placement,  inertial blending, look-at systems;

• Experience with physical animation, contact-sport specifics, blending authored motion with physics;

• Practical knowledge of ML-assisted workflows or runtime inference constraints;

• Conference talks, publications, or meaningful open-source work (especially in animation/physics tech).
