To support our growth, we are looking for a Recruiter who goes beyond simply closing roles and is focused on building a thoughtful, transparent, and effective hiring process.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers across game development and supporting functions, manage the full recruitment cycle, and directly influence the quality and sustainability of our teams. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes and strengthening Strikerz as an employer in the game development market.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships across all levels and functions;

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes in Art, Marketing and Management fields;

• Sourcing, assessing, and closing top-quality candidates;

• Conduct appropriate communication with Hiring Managers, candidates, fellow HRs and external agencies;

• Focus on Hiring Managers’ needs, consult them on the hiring process;

• Manage hiring channels and job postings.

Skills and requirements:

• More than 5 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment with at least 2 years in the Game Development;

• Proven experience in closing candidates within Art, Marketing and Management fields;

• Great interpersonal and presentation skills;

• Proactive attitude, ability to adjust and constantly improve hiring pipelines and approaches;

• Excellent verbal and written communication level;

• Ability to handle priorities, organize your work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
