Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing production projects from brief to final delivery

• Plan timelines, scope, and priorities across multiple parallel tasks

• Coordinate cross-functional team

• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure on-time delivery

• Organize feedback cycles and control revisions

• Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong project planning and scheduling skills

• Experience managing creative / marketing production pipelines

• Clear communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience with feedback, review, and approval workflows

• Risk management and problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, GanttPRO).
