We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with a passion for games and engine development across multiple platforms. Platform Integration Team focuses on creating an optimal gaming experience on Microsoft’s Xbox and Sony Playstation Consoles, disk I/O, game controllers, and TRC's. 

The role implies a significant degree of autonomy, a precise focus on the team's needs, and effective cross-functional interaction. You will provide technical design, participate in creation of project roadmaps and sprint plans, prioritize your team's work and ensure each member reaches their potential. As a Lead Engineer, you will share knowledge, collaborate daily with other experts, and build a good working relationship with the in-house and outsource partners. 

Skills and requirements: 

• Work experience on a launched gaming console project that has successfully passed certification from gaming platforms;

• Experience in creating functionalities taking into account the requirements of gaming platforms;

• Work experience in developing multiplayer games with Unreal Engine 4/5;

• Work experience with cross-platform products (PS, XBOX, PC);

• Five years of experience with C++ and Unreal Engine 4 or 5 in the gaming industry;

• Strong C++ knowledge;

• Experience in mentoring technical specialists;

• A team-player mindset and strong leadership skills;

• An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Extensive gaming experience with football simulators and console games as well;

• English level sufficient for reading technical documentation;

• Passion for game development.
