Our Team will be happy to bring into the fold a talented QA Engineer!

  • 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • FULL TIME

  • PAPHOS / TBILISI / REMOTE

Our team unites creative professionals who put great effort into developing a quality project for game consoles. If you have experience in game testing or you are just a gamer to the bone, welcome to our international team, where your skills and creativity will level up, and the opportunity for growth will always be in play!

You will interact with game designers, developers, and fellow QA on a daily basis, provide all necessary types of testing, test new features, and check for bugs. You will deal with complex game mechanics, create and update test documentation, and control the quality of the game project.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute various types of load testing (baseline, stress, spike, soak, etc.) to evaluate service performance.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date load testing scenarios.

  • Collect, correlate, and analyze data from logs and monitoring systems — including unconventional or fragmented sources.

  • Prepare detailed reports with technical insights and optimization recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Backend, Automation QA, and DevOps teams to investigate issues revealed during testing.

  • Initiate and carry out additional tests and experiments when standard scenarios aren’t enough to fully assess system behavior.

  • Contribute to the evolution of approaches and infrastructure for performance testing.

Skills and requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience with load testing tools (Locust, Gatling, JMeter, or similar).

  • Confident in log analysis using tools like GCP Logging, Kibana, Loki, etc., and able to correlate events across microservice components.

  • Experience with monitoring systems: Prometheus + Grafana, Google Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or equivalents.

  • Good understanding of distributed systems architecture and typical performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, I/O, GC, networking, databases).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate hypotheses (what might be causing degradation, where to dig deeper).

  • Proficiency in Python (or another scripting language) for configuring and adapting test scenarios.

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

  • Proactive mindset: readiness to go beyond the task description to get a complete picture of the system's behavior under load.

  • Willingness to document steps, findings, and recommendations.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience conducting load testing in Kubernetes clusters.

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially GKE, Cloud Logging, Load Balancers, and Pub/Sub.

  • Hands-on experience with chaos testing or fault injection approaches.

  • Skills in building Grafana dashboards using PromQL / LogsQL.

  • Understanding of distributed tracing systems (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Zipkin).
