We are looking for a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and supporting revenue growth through performance marketing.

You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to test hypotheses, scale successful campaigns, and continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels;

• Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV);

• Manage advertising budgets and monitor spend efficiency;

• Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance;

• Analyze campaign results and provide clear insights and recommendations;

• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and iterations;

• Work with analytics and product teams to improve attribution and tracking;

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer;

• Hands-on experience with paid traffic sources (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.);

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels;

• Data-driven mindset and ability to work with analytics tools;

• English proficiency at Intermediate+ or higher;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in game development or mobile / F2P products;

• Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms;

• Understanding of creative testing frameworks;

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
