We’re seeking a Marketing Analyst who will be the bridge between marketing performance and data infrastructure. You’ll own the measurement framework across campaigns, landing pages, and attribution tools, ensuring that all marketing activity is trackable, accurate, and actionable.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize marketing data pipelines between GA4, Gamesight, and ad platforms.

• Set up and validate tracking via GTM, conversion tags, and consent management.

• Partner with UA and BI teams to define event taxonomies and attribution logic.

• Build dashboards to visualize spend, installs, conversions, retention, and ROI.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests, creative experiments, and funnel metrics.

• Analyze cohort behavior and marketing efficiency (CPI → LTV).

• Provide insights and forecasts to guide marketing budget allocation.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in marketing analytics or performance data analysis.

• Expertise with Google Analytics 4, BigQuery/ClickHouse, SQL, Looker/Tableau.

• Solid understanding of GTM, pixel tracking, attribution modeling, and S2S postbacks.

• Experience with Gamesight, Appsflyer, or other MMPs is a plus.

• Strong statistical and experimental analysis background.

• Proactive communicator with excellent data storytelling skills.
