We are looking for an experienced Lead Photo Retoucher who is passionate about football and ready to join the team creating player cards. You’ll collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, Game Designer, and the entire Art team to follow industry trends, introduce innovative approaches to photo retouch automation, and help the team bring in-game content to AAA quality level.

Responsibilities

• Track current trends in football, sports, and gaming industries to ensure visual content meets modern audience expectations and high-quality standards.

• Work closely with game designers and database architects to compile and update player lists for current and upcoming seasons, ensuring data relevance for content creation.

• Search, select, organize, and prepare player photos for use in skin cards according to project requirements.

• Develop quality standards for photos to maintain a consistent visual style.

• Provide feedback to team members and external contractors, identify inconsistencies, maintain quality standards, and improve the image processing workflow.

• Implement automation tools and optimize workflows to reduce image processing time.

• Inspire the team to create unique, high-quality content

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop.

• A clear understanding of photo retouching principles.

• A well-developed sense of style and artistic taste.

• Knowledge of trends and technologies, with the ability to adapt them within the project.

• Experience working with large datasets and tools like Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Nice-to-have

• In-depth understanding of trends in the sports/football industry.

• Passion for football with knowledge of the sport’s inner workings.

• Understanding of the game development industry or experience working within it.
