The HR Operations Manager plays a key role in administering HR systems and processes, driving automation and standardization, and ensuring seamless operational support across the entire employee lifecycle—from pre-onboarding to offboarding. This role safeguards the accuracy of HR data, secures process continuity, and creates a solid foundation for sustainable business growth and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Administer HRIS (Bob HR, Jira, Miro and others), ensuring accuracy of employee data, transfers, and position changes.
Coordinate the full employee lifecycle: pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and internal transfers.
Partner with IT to manage system access and integrations.
Drive automation and optimization of HR processes (onboarding, reviews, career development, internal transfers).
Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements and internal standards.
Maintain HR policies and documentation.
Implement best practices to enhance HR operations.
Support talent development programs: English courses, internal/external trainings, and surveys.
Administer employee engagement and recognition initiatives (Kudos, greetings, visuals).
Collect and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of learning and engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR analytics, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Skills and requirements:
4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles in IT, gaming, or other product companies with 200+ employees.
Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience with HRIS (preferably Bob HR), Jira, and Google Workspace.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to prepare data-driven reports.
Proven skills in process automation and application of AI tools in HR.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and system thinking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience interacting across departments (IT, legal, admin, managers, employees).
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Nice to have:
Experience in HR process automation and HRIS implementation.
Knowledge of labor law across multiple jurisdictions.
Involvement in developing HR policies and procedures.
Experience in preparing HR analytics and reporting for leadership.
