HR Manager at Strikerz Inc. acts as a dedicated people partner for assigned teams, driving talent development, team effectiveness, and a strong, healthy culture across the organization. This role provides end-to-end support throughout the employee lifecycle, enabling managers in performance, feedback, engagement, retention, and leadership growth.
As a strategic partner, HR Manager strengthens team health, enhances people processes, and co-leads key HR initiatives that directly support Strikerz’s business goals and dynamic product environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR partner for assigned teams, supporting managers on people topics, communication, and team effectiveness.
Monitor team dynamics, performance trends, risks, morale, and key HR metrics.
Conduct onboarding sessions, adaptation check-ins, and support probation and early performance management.
Facilitate the performance cycle, coach managers on feedback and development, and support career paths.
Participate in talent reviews, 9-box calibration, and succession discussions.
Analyze training needs and deliver internal training and workshops; co-create learning materials.
Identify talent risks, facilitate internal mobility, conduct exit interviews, and prepare retention insights.
Analyze engagement surveys, facilitate action planning, and monitor wellbeing and team climate.
Support cultural initiatives, recognition programs, and partner with PR/Marketing on employer brand topics.
Co-lead HR projects (Job Catalog, performance frameworks, feedback culture) and contribute to process improvements.
Conduct competency-based interviews, run 360° debriefs, and prepare assessment reports and insights.
Requirements & Skills:
7+ years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in HRBP or similar roles.
Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, talent development, performance management, engagement, diagnostics, and modern HR practices; ability to apply these frameworks to real team and business contexts.
Ability to coach managers, support leadership growth, and guide difficult or sensitive conversations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions, build trust, and collaborate across all levels.
High proficiency in interpreting HR metrics, engagement data, performance trends, and risk indicators; ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience supporting teams through organizational changes and implementing new HR processes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for navigating complex team situations and performance challenges.
Ability to lead and coordinate HR projects, manage timelines, and work with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Bob HR), analytics dashboards, digital tools, AI instruments, and workflow automation.
Sensitivity to cultural nuances, interpersonal dynamics, and team climates; ability to foster a healthy environment aligned with Strikerz values.
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
