We’re building the next generation of football simulation and are looking for a Gameplay Producer who lives and breathes football. If you know the game inside out, play football sims with passion, and want to shape innovative mechanics that millions of players will enjoy — this role is for you!

At Strikerz, you’ll work side by side with talented designers and producers, turning bold ideas into polished features. You’ll influence the vision, ensure top-quality execution, and help us set new standards in football gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure gameplay mechanics align with requirements, acceptance criteria, and the overall product vision.

• Create feature concepts and visions for current and new gameplay functions.

• Monitor trends in the football gaming niche and related genres.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Game Designers to define goals for gameplay mechanics.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for feature improvements.

• Organize and conduct team meetings to discuss status updates and next steps.

• Participate in feature quality assessment and testing.

• Maintain up-to-date status tracking for all features within the gameplay direction.

• Prepare weekly reports on gameplay mechanics.

• Keep daily progress reports on personal tasks.

• Maintain consolidated documentation and change logs.

• Escalate issues and blockers to ensure timely resolution.

Skills and requirements:

• Strong understanding of football: rules, mechanics, and game processes;

• Active player of football simulation games;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• 1+ year of experience as Associate Producer, Feature Owner, or in a similar role;

• Understanding of gameplay feature development processes;

• Proficiency in formalizing requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation;

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Miro;

• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
