Responsibilities:
Organize and manage in-game store;
In-game events setup;
Maintain documentation for content workflows, release schedules, and feature dependencies;
Communicate across teams (art, QA, engineering) to resolve content-related issues and blockers;
Manage game configuration for development and production needs across multiple upcoming versions;
Conduct quality checks to verify content aligns with design intentions and functions as intended.
Skills and requirements:
Proven experience in content management within a game development environment (live ops or game production);
Strong understanding of game design principles and content pipelines;
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines;
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and consistency in content delivery;
Basic technical knowledge (e.g., scripting, data configuration, JSON/XML formats) is a plus;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally with design, art, QA, and engineering;
Russian language proficiency.
