Are you passionate about video games and eager to make a mark in the gaming industry? Strikerz Inc. is looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the launch and user acquisition strategy for our revolutionary video game, UFL. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts, developing creative strategies, and ensuring the successful launch of our game.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and objectives;

    • Create a detailed launch marketing campaign, incorporating digital channels and technologies, to generate buzz and excitement around the UFL game release;

    • Identify target audience segments and tailor digital marketing initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.

  • User Acquisition and Growth:

    • Drive user acquisition efforts across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and other relevant channels;

    • Analyze user acquisition data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement optimization strategies to achieve continuous growth in user acquisition;

    • Collaborate with Traffic Managers:

    • Recruit and manage a team of skilled traffic managers who will be responsible for executing digital campaigns;

    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the traffic managers to ensure campaigns align with the marketing strategy and achieve desired results.

  • Digital Tools and Technologies:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to leverage innovative strategies for improved performance;

    • Implement and manage marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation to streamline digital marketing efforts.

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, preparing regular reports to present key findings to the management team;

    • Use data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions and optimize marketing efforts for better results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus;

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in launching video games or related products;

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and influencer marketing;

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others;

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions;

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;

  • Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies;

  • Passion for video games and knowledge of the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
