We’re looking for a Creative Producer to help us craft high-performing marketing creatives — from videos and UGC to animations, static assets, and playable ads. This role is for someone with a strong visual sense, a solid grasp of performance marketing, and the drive to turn creative ideas into results.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the creative vision and creative strategy;

• Research the market and competitors, identify trends and proven patterns, and translate them into hypotheses and a prioritized creative backlog;

• Ensure a continuous flow of creative briefs and manage the full creative production cycle — from idea/script to final assets and iterations;

• Plan creative tests together with the UA team, analyze results, and run regular retrospectives;

• Coordinate the in-house production team and external vendors, ensuring quality, timelines, and a stable output of creatives., ensuring quality, deadlines, and consistent creative output.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Marketing Creative Specialist, Video Producer, or Motion/UA Creative Lead in mobile game development;

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and why creatives are the key driver of CPI/IPM;

• Hypothesis-driven mindset and ability to make decisions based on data and metrics;

• Creative and structured thinking: able to generate ideas and turn them into scalable production pipelines;

• Solid understanding of the full video and playable production cycle;

• Experience working closely with designers, video creators, and motion artists;

• Good understanding of the mobile gaming industry.

Advantageous:

• Experience with Football/Sports games;

• Skills in video editing, motion design, or narrative storytelling;

• Experience producing UGC-style creatives.
