Equipment Art Team creates concepts and realistic 3D models for uniforms, boots, gloves, balls and emblems, continuously improving the quality of the finished content. The Team’s goal is to offer the player choosing something close to their heart and immerse themselves in the world of UFL football in full kit.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the concept art team: task distribution, regular feedback, quality and deadline control, performance evaluation, and ongoing communication

• Creating concepts for in-game content (2D concepts and texturing directly on a 3D base)

• Process optimization: documentation writing, R&D, and implementing new approaches to concept art workflows

Skills and requirements:

• Confident use of 2D software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead 2D Artist in the game industry

• Strong drawing and visualization skills

• Deep understanding of composition and color theory

• Knowledge of the specifics, requirements, and trends of the football games market (EA Sports FC 24, eFootball, etc.)

• Understanding of Unreal Engine workflows

• English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing documentation

• Up-to-date portfolio (ArtStation / Behance)

• Strong teamwork skills, ability to collaborate effectively with the Art Director, and follow the overall project vision

Desirable:

• Art-related education

• Experience with 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya)

• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5

• Experience with texturing (Substance Painter)

• Experience working with outsourcing teams and the ability to parallelize processes and feedback for both internal and external teams

• Passion for football and football equipment
