We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop, manage, and scale our affiliate and partner programs. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, community, and analytics teams to drive player acquisition and revenue through performance-based partnerships.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and experienced in building long-term relationships with affiliates, content creators, and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and scale affiliate programs across multiple regions;

• Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates and partners;

• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and key partners;

• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns based on data;

• Track KPIs such as CPA, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates;

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders;

• Coordinate promotions, special offers, and campaigns with affiliates;

• Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and platform guidelines;

• Work with internal teams to improve tracking, attribution, and creatives;

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing;

• Strong understanding of affiliate models, tracking, and attribution;

• Experience working with CPA / revenue share models;

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• English proficiency at Intermediate+ or higher;

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
