We are looking for a 3D Artist to join our Equipment Team, who will be responsible for creating 3D models of football equipment. In our team, we design concepts and high-quality 3D models in a realistic style, including kits, boots, gloves, balls, and emblems. We also focus on improving the quality of existing content. Our mission is to help players fully immerse themselves in the world of UFL by choosing gear that reflects their style and passion for football.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle production of 3D football equipment assets (blocking, high-poly, low-poly, baking, UV unwrapping, texturing);

• Integration of assets into Unreal Engine;

• Collaborating closely with the 3D Lead and Concept Artists to deliver final models.

Skills and requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Senior 3D Artist role;

• Strong understanding of the 3D asset creation pipeline and preparation for animation and skinning;

• Proficiency in any major 3D package (3ds Max, Blender, Maya), ZBrush, Substance Painter;

• Solid knowledge of PBR workflows and texture creation;

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5;

• Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Advantageous:

• Experience working on sports simulation or realistic-style games;

• Strong artistic sense and understanding of composition;

• Passion for football and football gear;

• Skills in Marvelous Designer or similar tools for realistic cloth simulation.
